How it works
Three steps. The van does the driving.
No phone tag and no quote that changes later. You answer three questions and pick a time.
Pick a real time
You only see slots a van can actually make to your street. On the morning we WhatsApp you an ETA. Traffic or weather can move us by up to 30 minutes, and we keep you posted.
We arrive and plug in
The van parks outside and the groom happens at your gate, 30 to 90 minutes for one pet. Which brings us to the one thing we need.

Please make sure we can reach an outside tap and a working plug point from where the van parks. Without both, we cannot groom on the day and the visit counts as a cancellation on arrival.

Regular grooms
Make it regular.
Coats grow back. If you'd rather not think about it, keep a regular slot and we keep turning up.
Same time each visit
Your regular slot is held for you.
Pay per visit
You pay for each visit a few days before it, by card or EFT. If a visit isn't paid by the day before, we release that one and your regular slot carries on.
Skip or stop any time
WhatsApp us and it's sorted. You'll find the switch right under the time you pick.

Monthly: 3 visits over the next 12 weeks, same time each visit.

Between 30 to 90 minutes for one pet, depending on their size and the package. Extras don't add time. You see the exact minutes next to every price.
You pay when you book, by card through PayFast (Visa or Mastercard). We never see your card number, and your booking is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through. Several pets in one visit are one payment.
Card not playing along? Choose "Pay by EFT instead". You get our bank details and a reference, your slot's held while the transfer lands, and we confirm once it reflects, usually the same day.
Up to 24 hours before your slot, moving or cancelling is free and you get a full refund. Inside 24 hours there may be a 50% fee, because the groomer's time and travel are already set aside. No-shows and cancellations on arrival forfeit the full amount.

Arrival times are estimates. Traffic, weather or an earlier groom running over can shift us by up to 30 minutes, and we keep you posted on WhatsApp.
If we ever have to cancel, you choose: a free reschedule or a full refund.
No need. The wash is ours, and it's in every package.
Tell us when you book. There's a box for exactly that: nervous about the dryer, sore hip, that sort of thing. If your pet is distressed on the day, the groomer will pause, and will stop if carrying on isn't fair on them.
Your pet needs to be up to date on their core vaccinations. Tell us about any health conditions, allergies or medication when you book. If a coat is heavily matted, the groomer may suggest a vet visit first.

Mon to Fri 08:00 to 17:00. Sat 08:00 to 14:00. Closed Sundays.
